Saturday Night Youth GroupSaturday nights from 7-10 pm, we normally meet at the church.

These include all sorts of crazy stuff that we can think up. The aim is to have fun and build relationships. Friends are always invited too, so come with your mates. These nights are always well supervised by our Youth Group Committee of dedicated senior young people, and of course NO alcohol/smoking allowed.

Parallel

Last Saturday of the month, 7.00 pm in the Youth Hall.

At Parallel, there is lots of relational time, hanging out and discussion and kids are inspired and challenged by a short talk.

Youth-at-your-Service

This is a youth-based community service initiative which seeks to meet all kinds of practical needs of people in and around our area.  We’ve been involved in restorative planting in the LeRoys bush area, and are looking for other ways to serve, like grafitti over-painting, help shifting-house or cleaning house, gardening, etc.  Contact: dale@nbc.org.nz

Sunday Service at 7.00 pm

While not technically a “youth service” this is the church service most youthies attend. It is the place where youth events are announced and promoted. There is plenty of time after the service to stay and hang out.

Groups for girls, groups for boys, all ages, all stages.

Camps

Several camps are offered and you’ll want to attend at least one. Then there is the NBC Youth Camp, lots of fun and challenging too. There is Easter Camp (which combines with other churches), Youth Camp (fun, food, games and learning) and a couple of sports camps which we send teams to.
