The Training Centre is a key part of the teaching arm of the church community at NBC. Each semester new courses are offered, providing a variety of learning opportunities. This includes occasional university courses taught through Carey Baptist College providing an advanced level of study. Other shorter Biblical courses may be offered, or there may be a study addressing a topic of interest, such as Biblical conflict resolution etc.

Courses of interest to the community as a whole are also offered, such as Money Management or Parenting courses.
