A fair number of us from NBC are going to be heading along to the Wineskin Talks at Laidlaw College (’the college formerly known as BCNZ’).  Some have chosen to attend and discuss these talks as a home group.  Here’s the Event info from their site.

We are excited by the opportunity we have to introduce you to some of the new faces at College. This group includes Dr Martin Sutherland (Vice Principal Academic) and the Heads of School Dr David Williams (Counselling), Dr Rod Thompson (Theology), and Dr Meredith Wheeler (Mission and Ministry). They will all be taking part in the series alongside Mark Strom.

‘The Way of the Kingdom‘

We hope to provide practical teaching on the Kingdom (on earth as it is in heaven) lifestyle as it relates to various areas of life - food-drink, entertainment, sexuality, technology, work, ecology and more (10 topics in all)!
